The Academia Euregio Bodensee, Unternehmens- & Management-Zentrum AG (UMZ AG) was founded in Romanshorn, Switzerland, in June 2004 for the purpose of offering consulting and training of the management based on the goals of humanistic and classical education.
There was a 100-%-exchange of shareholders in August 2006. The previous sole shareholder, SBW Romanshorn, decided to hive off the UMZ AG to be able to focus on their core competence which is the running of so called learning houses. Therefore UMZ AG headquarters moved to the city of education, to the city of St.Gallen, Switzerland.

The raw material of the future will consist of knowledge and information. Therefore we are offering courses and seminars. We intend to be consultants for executive personnel as well as for companies and want to contribute to future capabilities.
In addition to our existing offers in the beginning of 2008 we opened up a new training department for our courses in Olten, Switzerland. The actual performance will be continued on a high quality level. |
